Haji Baji Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use & Our Commitment

1 General Terms & Introduction

Haji Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Platform's services — whether accessed via website, mobile app, or any other channel.

By registering or using Haji Baji's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on Haji Baji, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and mobile number
• Each individual may register only one account
• A mobile number or email address can only be associated with one account
• Multiple family members may hold separate accounts, but verification will be required if the same device or payment method is used

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time after registration. This process may require submission of a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit at Haji Baji:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT)
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–10 minutes of a successful transaction.
• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory
• Third-party deposits are not permitted — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• If multiple deposits are pending simultaneously, any additional deposit may be automatically cancelled

Any deposit-related issues must be reported to support within 48 hours. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be possible to verify. Please keep a screenshot of every deposit.

4 Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawing your funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — rollover requirements must be met first
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day, but each will be processed separately

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Haji Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements — typically 5–20x the bonus amount must be wagered
• The rollover completion window is typically 7–30 days
• Bonus funds can be used on most games and bets, with certain exclusions — details are specified in each individual offer
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited
• Haji Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time

If bonus abuse is identified, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be voided. Repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules must be followed when betting on Haji Baji:

• Minimum bet amounts are set individually for each game or event
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and VIP level
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• Haji Baji reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Bets linked to match-fixing or similar activity will be voided and the associated account blocked

7 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Haji Baji:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Selling, purchasing, or transferring accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Placing artificial bets to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking or any other attack on the platform's systems or security
• Obtaining benefits through false or misleading information

Involvement in any of the above activities gives Haji Baji the right to close the account without notice, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal action.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Haji Baji may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a terms violation
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Even after closure, any valid balance may still be withdrawn provided no violations have occurred.

9 Limitation of Liability

Haji Baji is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet connection disruption
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems
• Losses resulting from a member's own error or negligence
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical issues
• Financial losses arising from betting — all bets are placed at the member's own discretion

Haji Baji makes every effort to keep its services running without interruption. However, brief downtime may occur during maintenance or emergencies. In such cases, advance notice will be provided wherever possible.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Haji Baji takes the protection of members' personal information very seriously. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Member data is used solely for service delivery and security purposes
• Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes
• User information is not shared with government authorities unless required by law.
• Members may request to view or delete their personal data at any time

11 Changes & Updates to Terms

Haji Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For any significant changes:

• Members will be notified via email or SMS
• A notification will be displayed on the Platform
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any new terms take effect

Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
